Aggressor
Hwoarang
Taekwondo kicks from four stances. Pressure that never stops.
Should you main Hwoarang?
Flamingo or bust: Hwoarang's Tekken 8 game is Left Flamingo and Right Flamingo mixups, sharp kicks, and Heat that never lets the pressure drop once he is in. Standing mash gets launched; labbed stance transitions open people for whole rounds.
Stance fluency is the barrier. Players who only mash from standing get launched; players who lab flamingo transitions open people up for whole rounds. He is demanding on defense because whiffed stance exits are launch-punishable.
Main Hwoarang if you will drill stance movement every session. Start with a few safe pokes into flamingo, then add Heat pressure. If execution stress ruins the game for you, start on a simpler poke character before living in flamingo forever.
Enter stance when you are plus or after a blocked poke, not as a panic from minus frames. Heat should extend a mix you already understand. At the wall, know one carry route — padding damage with unsafe strings that lose to duck is how Hwoarang players throw sets.
