Should you main Phantom Assassin?
PA lives on daggers and dice rolls: Stifling Dagger farms and harasses, Phantom Strike blinks onto a skull, Blur shrugs physicals, and Coup de Grace crits end games when she is ahead. The fantasy is Butterfly and damage items into backline deletions — feast or absolute famine.
She is feast or famine. Without items Blur and Daggers do not carry a fight; with items she deletes heroes in two crits. Counter-evasion and locked down drafts punish greedy PA players who never buy a defensive item.
Main Phantom Assassin if you enjoy snowball farming and high-roll crit fantasies. Track buybacks before you Phantom Strike into five. When the enemy stacks Magical burst, respect that Blur does nothing against spells.
Dagger creeps and heroes from fog, Strike only when you can finish the kill or escape after. Coup de Grace is passive — your decisions are farm pathing and who you blink onto. If you are behind, cut jungle stacks instead of diving the fountain for a highlight reel.
