Anti-Mage
Blinks in, burns mana and splits the map until the late game is his.
Should you main Anti-Mage?
Anti-Mage is the safe-lane carry who burns mana and burns clocks: Mana Break melts casters, Blink rearranges fights, Counterspell grants magic resist and can reflect targeted spells, and Mana Void stuns based on missing mana. He farms jungle and waves at absurd speed, then ends the game before late megas swing back.
His early lane can be weak into heavy aggression. The skill is knowing when to leave lane for ancient stacks and when you finally have enough items to take a fight. Throwing a life on a greedy Blink is how AM players throw leads.
Main Anti-Mage when your draft needs a late scaling carry and you enjoy split-push pressure. Track buybacks and enemy disable cooldowns before you commit Void. If the enemy already fields multiple gap-closers and you are far behind, consider whether another carry would have stabilized earlier.
Count the enemy's disable budget before every Blink in — one leftover stun turns your illusion of safety into a fountain walk. When you are ahead, hit buildings and force reactions; when you are behind, farm the safest camps that still hit your next item breakpoint on time.
