Bot
Jinx
the Loose Cannon
Hypercarry marksman who resets on takedowns and erupts in late teamfights.
Should you main Jinx?
Jinx is a hypercarry Bot laner: Switcheroo swaps minigun and rockets, Zap! reveals and slows, Flame Chompers root chasers, and Super Mega Death Rocket scales with missing health across the map. She wants free farm into three items, then open teamfights where rockets hit multiple champions.
Her early lane is volatile. She has no dash, so supports who peel or engage for her matter more than for Kai'Sa or Lucian. Once she has runes and items rolling, a single shutdown reset from her passive can end a game.
Pick Jinx when your draft can protect a late ADC and you enjoy timing rocket waves in teamfights. Skip her into heavy dive without peel, or if you hate sitting under turret for fifteen minutes. Learn when to swap to rockets for waveclear versus minigun for single-target DPS.
Crash waves before objectives so you are not catching a freeze while Dragon is taken. In fights, start on rockets when two champions are stacked, then Swap to minigun for the nearest threat — greedy rocket reloads in melee range are how Jinx gifts shutdowns.
