Sentinel
Cypher
Tripwire-and-camera info sentinel; setup knowledge is half the agent.
Should you main Cypher?
Cypher is the tripwire Sentinel: Trapwire across chokes, Cyber Cage one-ways and slows, Spycam for remote info, and Neural Theft that reveals everyone after a kill. He locks a site so the team can stack elsewhere, then calls rotates when trips break.
Setup quality decides his value. Obvious trips get cleared for free; creative cages and cam angles create free picks. He is slower at retaking than Killjoy's Lockdown but stronger at watching flank alone on attack.
Choose Cypher when you enjoy setup rounds and calling information. Learn one solid defense setup per map and an attack flank-watch default. Skip him if you refuse to babysit trips and would rather entry every round.
On defense, place Trapwires where enemies must cross to plant, and keep Spycam on an angle you cannot hold with your crosshair. Neural Theft after a first blood should be used when teammates can act on the silhouette info immediately — delaying the ult until everyone already knows the stack wastes the reveal.
